Do you feel emotionally drained, overwhelmed by racing thoughts, or unsure of how you ended up here?

Maybe you're navigating anxiety, depression, or painful patterns in relationships. You might be trying to make sense of past experiences that continue to affect your present. Whether you've lived through traumatic events, confusing dynamics, or feel out of control in your emotions or behaviors, you're not alone. I'm dedicated to helping clients direct their journey toward resilience and empowerment.

If you're feeling disconnected from yourself, constantly in survival mode, or caught in cycles that are hard to break, I’ll help you move through this with clarity and confidence. It’s not about pushing past your pain but how to create space to feel, process, and grow through it. Together, we explore what’s underneath the surface, build practical routines, develop new skills, and help you become grounded and aligned with who you truly are.

I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, impulsive behavior patterns, codependency, and addictions. I also work with survivors of narcissistic abuse who are healing from emotional manipulation and deeply rooted self-doubt. My work includes dual diagnosis support for those navigating both mental health and a variety of addiction challenges. Many of my clients are working on recovery from something and want structure, spiritual growth, and honest self-reflection. If you’re familiar with 12-step recovery, I can incorporate principles like surrender, connection, personal responsibility, and emotional clarity in ways that align with your values.

I work with pre-teens 13+, teens, and adults, offering a safe and grounded space for reflection, growth, and healing. My approach blends evidence-based practices with faith-based integration, when that is meaningful to you. I combine real conversation, clinical expertise, and emotional insight to help you move forward with strength and intention.

You deserve peace, clarity, and the chance to fully show up to your life
If you're ready for something to shift, I would be honored to support you in taking that step.

You can set up a consult call, and on that call, we can discuss your goals and what you would like to see change in your life

My Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, warm, and focused on the all the dimensions of a person’s life. I support clients in exploring their emotional world, shifting unhelpful patterns, and reconnecting with what really matters to you. I work with pre-teens through adults and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe in addressing your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational health. When desired, I integrate Christian faith and spiritual principles into our work. Most clients are looking for tools, deeper insight, and a dedicated place to be understood.  Using both compassion and correction I help to discover your “blind spots” to clear up the vision for growth. I’m dedicated to helping clients find their authentic voice and finally being confidentially self-aware. We can develop therapeutic goals and meaningful homework that strengthen your process.
