Some people know they need deeper support than weekly therapy can offer—but don’t want to spend months or years retelling painful experiences. ART
Therapy Intensives are designed for clients who want meaningful, focused healing in a shorter period of time.
Melissa Cribb is a trauma therapist who offers 1–3 day Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) intensives for adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, addiction, and the long-term effects of emotionally difficult or controlling relationships.
ART is a trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain and nervous system process distressing experiences without requiring clients to relive or repeatedly retell what happened. Clients remain in control of the process, can choose how much they share, and often experience relief more quickly than with traditional talk therapy.
ART intensives combine:
- Nervous system regulation and preparation
- Parts-informed and somatic approaches
- Multiple ART sessions delivered in a structured, supportive format
- Integration support to help changes feel sustainable
These intensives are especially helpful for individuals who feel “stuck,” overwhelmed, or disconnected despite insight and previous therapy—or who need focused support during a specific season of life.
All clients begin with a free 20-minute consultation to assess fit and readiness. If an intensive is not the right option, referrals are provided to ensure clients receive the care that best supports their needs.
