Bio:
Life holds both beauty and ache—joy and struggle, often at the same time. I believe healing begins when you feel seen, safe, and fully yourself.
I’m a lifelong creative and passionate believer in the power of healing through connection, curiosity, and compassion. I’m dedicated to supporting others in living more authentic, grounded lives. While life can be messy and uncertain, I believe it also holds space for resilience, growth, and new beginnings.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and integrative—honoring each person’s unique story, identity, and lived experience. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can bring your full, authentic self and explore challenges with openness and care. I’m authentic, laid-back, love to laugh, and will always care about your perspective.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, women’s issues, trauma, ADHD, Cassandra Syndrome, parenting challenges and support, family relationships, couples work, chronic pain, low self-esteem, emotional abuse, pregnancy/prenatal/postpartum transitions, and church or spiritual trauma. My goal is always to meet clients where they are, with deep respect and personalized support.
My work is grounded in a holistic perspective that integrates mind, body, and spirit. I draw from a variety of modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, mindfulness practices, attachment-based principles, and trauma-informed care. For those who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling as part of a faith-integrated approach.
Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you with insight, warmth, and care. Because I believe movement is healing for the brain and body, walk and talk therapy sessions are always available upon request.

Fun Facts
Outside of therapy, I’m a storyteller at heart—with a deep love for music, photography, travel, and the beauty of everyday life. My husband and I, along with our three kids, are all musicians and love making music together. I also work as a professional photographer and find endless inspiration in natural light and real, honest moments. Travel (especially to Europe), meaningful conversations, and quiet time outdoors are a few of my favorite things. In my downtime, you’ll usually find me reading, journaling, walking, or enjoying time with family and friends.
