Therapy & Coaching Groups

Therapy & Coaching Groups in Osseo, MN

Sometimes healing feels easier when you’re not doing it alone.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or carrying more than you can hold on your own, group therapy and coaching can offer something powerful: connection, perspective, and real-life tools you can actually use.

Our therapy and coaching groups are designed to help you feel supported, understood, and gently guided toward meaningful change—whether you’re joining us in person or through telehealth anywhere in Minnesota.

What Are Therapy & Coaching Groups?

Therapy and coaching groups bring together individuals who are navigating similar challenges in a supportive, professionally guided space.
Unlike individual therapy, groups allow you to:

  • Hear perspectives from others who “get it”
  • Practice new ways of thinking and responding in real time
  • Feel less alone in what you’re experiencing
  • Build confidence, boundaries, and emotional awareness

Our groups are intentionally kept small to ensure a safe, connected environment.

Who This Is For

You might benefit from a therapy or coaching group if you…

  • Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained
  • Struggle with boundaries in relationships or at work
  • Notice yourself overfunctioning or constantly putting others first
  • Feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break
  • Want practical tools—not just insight
  • Are looking for support beyond individual therapy

We work with individuals across Osseo, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Brooklyn Park, Rogers, and surrounding Minnesota communities, as well as clients statewide through telehealth.

How We Help

A supportive space to grow, reflect, and practice

Our therapy and coaching groups combine emotional support with gentle psychoeducation and practical tools.

Depending on the group, you can expect:

  • Guided discussions led by a licensed therapist or trained coach
  • Nervous system regulation tools and coping strategies
  • Education around patterns like anxiety, burnout, trauma responses, and people-pleasing
  • Opportunities to reflect, share, or simply listen
  • A space where you can show up exactly as you are

We focus on helping you not just understand yourself—but actually experience change in your daily life.

Current & Upcoming Groups

We offer a variety of therapy and coaching groups throughout the year, each designed to support specific seasons of life and emotional needs.
If you’re looking for a place to feel understood, supported, and gently guided forward, one of our groups may be a meaningful next step.

Compassionate Beginnings: Postpartum Support for Moms (Coming Soon)

The transition into motherhood can be beautiful and also deeply overwhelming.

Compassionate Beginnings is a compassion-focused therapy group designed for women in their first year postpartum. This group offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and process the emotional realities of early motherhood.

Together, we explore:

  • Self-compassion and emotional regulation
  • Identity shifts and changing roles
  • Relationships and support systems
  • The often unspoken challenges of postpartum life

You don’t have to carry this alone. Healing, connection, and growth can happen in community.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between group therapy and coaching?

Group therapy is led by licensed therapists and focuses on emotional healing and mental health. Coaching groups are more future-focused, helping you build skills, confidence, and direction.

Do I have to share in a group setting?

No. You are always welcome to participate at your own pace. Many people start by listening and gradually feel more comfortable sharing.

How many people are in each group?

We intentionally keep groups small to create a safe, supportive environment where everyone feels seen and heard.

Can I do group therapy if I’m already in individual therapy?

Yes. Many people find that group work complements individual therapy and helps reinforce growth between sessions.

How do I know which group is right for me?

We’ll help guide you. Reach out, and we can recommend a group based on your goals and what you’re navigating.
